Will there be a warranty for the products i bought?

Yes, we offer a one month warranty on manufacturing product issues.

This does not include wear and tear usage problems.

If the product is having any issues email us at support@emporiumcred.com with the subject line 'Warranty' and include the following information:

  • Picture of the damaged product
  • First Name & Last Name
  • Order Number
  • Purchase Date

 

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer FREE Worldwide Shipping!

Delivery Time:

  • 2-4 weeks  if you are in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and all European Union Countries.
  • 2-6 weeks to the rest of the world.

 

How can I track my order?

Once the product has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.

Visit our "Contact Us" page and input your respective tracking number.

What's your return policy?

You can submit a claim by emailing support@emporiumcred.com with the subject line "Return" and we will refund your purchase, provide you store credit or exchange your item. Our customer service team will get back to you within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied, the goods are damaged or even just changed your mind, we will replace or refund your item within 30 days of delivery. No questions asked.
